Group Psychotherapy

Gary currently offers the following groups:

Interactive Psychotherapy Group for Women and Men
This is an in-depth psychotherapy group for psychologically minded people wishing to understand and transform their patterns of relating to others. By working with the “here and now” process of the group, members increase their capacity for deep, satisfying interpersonal relationships. There are two groups, Mondays and Wednesdays, 7:45 - 9:30 PM.

Men's Groups
A supportive and challenging community of men is, at times, essential to a man’s growth and development. These groups are not superficial “male bonding” adventures, but serious conversations that go to the heart of what it is to being a man today. Group members grapple with the challenges of relationship, family and career. Together, they strive to cultivate depth, purpose and enjoyment in life. There are three groups, Mondays 5:30 to 7:30 PM, Tuesdays 7:00 to 9:00 PM, and Wednesdays 5:30 to 7:30 PM.

Supportive Psychotherapy Group for Women and Men
This group offers immediate support, acceptance, camaraderie, and assistance in meeting the challenges of daily life. It is a place of belonging for those who are seeking to decrease isolation, cope with depression, increase self-confidence, reduce anxiety, promote healthy self-assertion, and deal with life transitions. Group meets Tuesdays, 12:00 - 1:30 PM.
